Well known Focusing instructor, Bebe Simon decided in 2014 to share with the world the way she teaches Focusing. Through a book she published that year with co-author, Rosa Zubizaretta, she wanted to show everyone what Focusing is and how they can use it in their every day life. That book was first entitled How I Teach Focusing: Discovering the Gift of Your Inner Wisdom, but was then republished in 2020 under the new title Discovering the Gift of Your Inner Wisdom: How I Teach Focusing.
 
Then in 2016, during the International Focusing Conference in Cambridge, U.K., Bebe's friend, Barbara Dickinson, filmed her workshop "How I Teach Focusing". Barbara was lucky to have that footage professionally produced by fellow Focuser, Nada Lou - of Focusing in Focus - and made it available on DVD.
